We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to support our busy service department in Fenton, MO. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is very dependable and organized. What You'll Do: Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer needs

Enter and track service requests using dispatch software

Assign and dispatch work orders to field technicians

Communicate through multiple online service portals

Assist with preliminary billing and weekly payroll processing

Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, etc.)

What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED required

1-3+ years of customer service or dispatch experience preferred

Strong multitasking, communication, and computer skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; able to learn internal software

Construction or mechanical service industry experience is a plus
