Work with team members to address customer inquiries and manage incoming phone calls by providing support or directing appropriately.

Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably within a healthcare or insurance-related setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency. Knowledge of healthcare and insurance terminology and processes is preferred.
