YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP Our offices are open Monday - Friday. This position will be scheduled about 30 hours a week. Hours will be Monday, Tues, Wed, and Thursday 2pm-7pm, off Friday and Saturday 8am-2pm. As a Customer Service Rep, you play a pivotal role in our collaborative environment, working closely with your team to achieve company goals and drive growth together. You are responsible for efficiently coordinating service appointments for our chimney technicians. Your daily responsibilities include collaborating with your team to achieve sales targets, handling incoming calls from clients, liaising with field technicians, and returning calls as needed.
