Job Functions: Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in finding items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing any customer needs. Accurately handle customer transactions and balance the cash register, while promoting additional sales based on customer interests and complying with all state and local laws. Utilize various methods and technology to maintain proper food safety standards for fresh food and deli products. Keep your work area and the sales floor clean, including restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and regularly manage trash runs. Be open to cross-training in departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and potential leadership roles. Ability to lift and move items over 25 pounds and work comfortably in various temperatures.
