Requirements

Schedule: Start time ranges between 8AM -10 AM with fixed M-F workdays Prior experience in a call center environment strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong typing skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications Provide product support, solutions, and additional product information High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude Ability to build relationships with clients, customers and co-workers Ability to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities with high attention to detail High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED)
