Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Deliver warm, knowledgeable service to customers in person and over the phone
Assist with billing setup, online account access, and communication preferences
Help customers enroll in tools like Drivewise and paperless delivery
Follow up with clients needing payment assistance or account support
Manage inbound calls and serve as the welcoming face of our St. Cloud office
Track and update customer interactions in our agency CRM
Represent the agency's mission and values in every customer experience
Requirement
What You Bring to the Team:
Clear, confident communication skills (verbal and written)
High attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy environment
Warm, service-driven mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and support
A proactive attitude you're not just taking calls, you're building relationships
Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools to support customers
Bilingual is a major plus
