Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with mobile devices and technology. Valid Driver's License. Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking skills. Flexibility for various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. On-site presence required; remote work not an option.
