Help keep our drivers and agents moving - and paid - with accuracy and efficiency.
In this vital role, you'll ensure drivers receive their daily and weekly settlement pay on time, every time, while maintaining strict adherence to company policies. Your day will be a mix of processing payments, supporting drivers and agents, and collaborating with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
Essential Job Duties
Process daily and weekly driver settlement payments with precision Set up fuel cards and issue money codes to drivers and agents Verify and process settlements for submitted loads Take incoming calls from drivers/agents, resolving questions and concerns Review and apply changes from other departments to driver or commission settlements Prepare driver safety bonuses and sales commissions Process in-house, outgoing mail Requirements
Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with a heavy emphasis on Excel Customer service oriented Able to multi-task Very good verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail Top-notch problem solving skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English in a professional manner Dependable and consistently available to work scheduled hours If you have an eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers a front-row seat to the heart of our business.
