Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines. Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests by providing excellent customer service. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is a plus, but not required. Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Maintain a positive attitude while communicating effectively with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required. Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds, and push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds. Capable of standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods. Availability to work around food and cleaning products. Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required based on state/county law. Residency within the service area is required.
