Are you passionate about hospitality and making a positive impact in the lives of others? Vita of Greenfield, a community of love & engagement, is seeking a dedicated Server to join our Culinary Services team. This role is vital in creating an exceptional dining experience that enhances the well-being and satisfaction of our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to residents during mealtimes.
• Greet and assist residents with meal selections and take meal orders at their tables.
• Assist with basic meal prep and food plating as needed.
• Clean and reset tables, including but not limited to, restocking table caddies and prepping dinnerware for the next shift.
• Help manage dishwashing and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining and kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• A strong commitment to customer service and a desire to support residents with care and respect.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
