Location: Fully remote
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Type: Contract, (5) months until about April 2026
Schedule:
Training schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST for about (2) weeks

Job description:
Provide Support & Issue Resolution: Respond to inquiries from members and healthcare providers (pharmacies and physicians) regarding pharmacy benefits, claim adjudication, and utilization management via phone, email, and written correspondence.
Ensure Accurate Documentation: Accurately document all interactions in the call tracking system following established protocols, ensuring clarity and completeness in issue resolution.
Claims Assistance & Review: Assist network pharmacies with claim processing and review prescription claims for accuracy in alignment with benefit guidelines and contract standards.
Customer Advocacy & Communication: Act as a customer advocate by clearly communicating resolutions, ensuring a positive experience while addressing and resolving complex issues.
Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to a supportive, respectful team environment and participate in additional duties or special projects to enhance operations and member satisfaction.
Requirements:
Must have (3) years of recent retail or professional pharmacy experience
Must have call center experience
Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through PTCB or NHA
Must provide CPhT license number
Must submit an internet speed test
Must have a private designated workspace
High school diploma or equivalent
Background check required
