As the Specialist for Corporate & Retail Events, you'll be the go-to person for planning and executing internal meetings and events-whether in-person, hybrid, or virtual. You'll manage logistics from start to finish, support larger-scale events, and collaborate with teams to create memorable experiences. If you love juggling details, working with people, and bringing events to life, this is your chance to shine.</span>

This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. What you'll do Lead planning and execution for small to mid-sized internal events Coordinate logistics like registration, catering, transportation, and AV support Support large-scale events as part of a collaborative planning team Build strong relationships with vendors and internal partners Stay curious-explore new tech and best practices to keep events fresh Travel for events and occasionally work evenings or weekends

Basic qualifications 1+ years of experience in meeting or event planning Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel Strong written and verbal communication Comfortable working independently and with a team Able to lift up to 20 lbs

Preferred qualifications Experience with Cvent Graphic design skills
