Title: Cook High School Diploma or equivalent required. ServSafe Certified or willing and able to take ServSafe Certification course required. Minimum 1 year previous institutional/restaurant cook experience required. Position Summary: Under the direction of leadership, the cook is responsible for the preparation and service of meals following all state and local guidelines for food safety and overseeing cleanliness and sanitation of dietary department. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.
