Be able to work as a member of a team. Has good and verifiable references. Be accommodating to the demands caused by fluctuations in business. Has a good attitude and work habits. Has a valid driver's license, adequate car insurance and a clean driving record if he / she conduct errands or makes deliveries for the company. Cook Qualifications: Be able to learn our food preparation methods and procedures. Demonstrates food safety practices. Has a sense of urgency. Be capable of working quickly under pressure. Be accurate while making multiple orders simultaneously. Be able to organize and time orders. Be conscious of product quality and freshness. Be able to learn how to safely operate all equipment. Cook Duties: Cooks and assembles all orders to specifications. Performs prep work. Maintains cleanliness and organization of food preparation area. Keeps food preparation area stocked, clean and organized. Notifies the manager on duty when stock is low. Notifies the manager on duty if there is a food safety risk. Washes dishes. Helps where needed.
