What You'll Do As part of our dining services team, you'll be responsible for:

Preparing meals in accordance with standardized recipes, special diets, and state regulations

Ensuring food quality, proper portioning, temperature, and presentation

Monitoring tray line during service to uphold dietary requirements and safety standards

Using kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Storing and rotating food properly, maintaining freezer and refrigerator organization

Maintaining cleanliness and practicing proper food handling techniques

Collaborating with the team to minimize food waste

Supporting other kitchen duties as needed

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of experience in quality food preparation (preferred)

Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)

Commitment to food safety, quality standards, and teamwork

Physical Requirements This role requires regular physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted (up to 100 lbs with assistance), standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and operating kitchen equipment. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
