Minimum Qualifications: Culinary degree or related experience; Experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook or Sauté Cook; Skill and experience with Hotel, Country Club and/or Restaurant menus Ala Carte Dining Experience preferred ServSafe certified, able to obtain certification within 6 months of employment Flu vaccine required, or receive an exemption prior to employment Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes
