Cook/ Director needed for School food service program in the Morristown, NJ area. Must have cooking, and K-12 experience. Servsafe® certification helpful. Monday through Friday, day shift, 8 hours daily. No weekends or Holidays. Summers off.
Must be able to work in a team setting. Must possess leadership and have strong director skills over the operations of the district. Computer skills needed. Must obtain proper documentation to work in schools. References required.
Duties to include:
Food prep/ cooking
Following recipes
Ordering
Inventory/ record keeping
POS
Oversee kitchen area
Manage staff, etc.
