Job Summary: SNHD Health Card Required The essential job function is to be able to properly cook a variety of foods, set forth by Caesar's standards. Ensure that each guests receives outstanding Family Style Service and food while processing orders quickly , timely and efficiently following and adhering to the Health Department guidelines.

Job Description: Prepare and cooks food according to Pin up Pizza prep, menu and recipe standards. Maintain awareness of all menu items. Check orders for accuracy. Maintain cleanliness of floors, counters and work areas at all times. These standards are set forth by the SNHD , Harrah's Laughlin and SNHD. Foster a safe work environment by following all safety guidelines, follow all guidelines set forth Harrah's Laughlin. Complete any other tasks assigned from time to time by the Management team of Harrah's Laughlin. Must be able to understand and respond to written recipes and directions in English; work a minimum of 8 hours with appropriate mobility and endurance; work flexible time periods as required. The ability to use and recognize kitchen equipment ; use knives, other hand-held instruments and other food preparation equipment; must be able to toss pizza pies, show sense of urgency to serve customers properly; work unsupervised; assist other cooks in a team environment; portion, prepare and present all recipes and plate presentations built in the standard SOP binder. Management reserves the right to revise job descriptions and to require other tasks be performed when the circumstances present themselves.
