Overview We’re a fast-growing startup in the construction space looking for hands-on apprentices/ residential construction workers who also know how to create engaging content. If you’re passionate about building both on-site skills and a digital presence, this is the perfect opportunity to do both at once.

What You’ll Do

Create engaging, on-brand content for a dedicated social media account (posting once daily).

Showcase the day-to-day of construction, apprenticeships, and the trades through short-form video.

Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to bring content ideas to life.

Time commitment: ~1–2 hours per day (flexible) - work whenever you want!

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in content creation (preferred, but not required).

Comfortable filming yourself on job sites, sharing your apprenticeship journey, and speaking to camera as needed.

Understanding of TikTok/Instagram/Reels style content.

Apprenticeship or construction background required (you should be actively working in or around the trades).

Bonus if you’ve already created content about construction or related trades.
