Job Title: Call Center Representative Location: Rockville, MD Job Type: 4 month contract to hire position – after 4 months it would be a hybrid position Pay $26-29/hr About the Role We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and/or outbound calls, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.
