Job Title: Call Center Representative Location: Rockville, MD Job Type: 4 month contract to hire position – after 4 months it would be a hybrid position Pay $26-29/hr About the Role We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and/or outbound calls, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities · Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner · Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, troubleshooting, or order processing · Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system · Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments as needed · Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., call quality, resolution time, customer satisfaction) Qualifications · Some college, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus · Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required · Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills · Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy · Comfortable working with computers, call center software, and CRM systems · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed What We Offer · Competitive hourly wage + performance bonuses · Health, dental, and vision benefits [if applicable] · Paid time off and holiday pay · On-the-job training and career development opportunities · Supportive team environment with opportunities for advancement Convert around $55,000-$65,000 after 4 months
