The Global Consumer Integrated Planning team is responsible for orchestrating and optimizing the end-to-end business and planning rhythms across the Consumer organization.
The NA Retail Planning Consultant is responsible for developing strategic long range plans across Consumer Channel / Retail partners focused on the desktop and gaming product categories, in line with long-term financial goals. This person drives cross-functional alignment and accountability to deliver on key business outcomes, including revenue growth, margin expansion, market share, cycle to assortment plan accuracy and maximized vendor funding, with a focus on strategic planning 12-36 months out.
This role requires a strategic operator with a strong command of cross-functional business planning, deep understanding of the regional consumer dynamics, and the ability to influence stakeholders to deliver synchronized, insight-driven, action-oriented plans.
You will:
Set high-level growth and margin ambitions for the desktop and gaming product categories to inform future product roadmap planning and financial growth targets
Create integrated plans to hit high-level goals, including execution of strategic big bets and maximization of partner opportunities
Lead development of cross-functional GTM plan, coordinating closely with Sales, Mktg, Product Ops and others to develop and pressure-test plans
Assist in creation of perfect pitch to bring both to retailers for placement locks and vendors to ensure alignment on key hero products to feature in partner campaigns
Partner with NA Dell.com Planning to deliver against total NA Consumer targets
Establish feedback loops with stakeholders and partners for consistent, iterative improvements

Essential Requirements
10+ years of experience in business operations, planning, or GTM strategy within a consumer electronics, retail, or technology driven organization
Proven track record of leading planning processes across global and matrixed organizations
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
Deep understanding of retail and e-commerce dynamics, seasonal demand cycles, and regional market nuances
Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with a bias for action and results
Experience in assortment planning and merchandising strategy to evaluate product gaps and optimize product mix across retailers
Expertise in high-volume retail and promotional cycles
