Plan, coordinate, and oversee office and retail construction projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and expectations. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Address project challenges and implement solutions to mitigate risks. Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure efficient project execution. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any on-site issues.
