Large General Contractor seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager with HCAI / OSHPD experience to join our team. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of construction experience on Healthcare Projects under the jurisdiction of HCAI / OSHPD Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field Proficient in project management tools and construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, scheduling, and budgeting Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Convey a positive can-do attitude Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Monitor project budgets and job cost reports, ensuring profitability and cost control Understand and comply with all requirements and responsibilities of the prime contract Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans Promote a culture of safety and ensure that safety protocols are being adhered to Manage day-to-day project operations, including progress tracking, procurement, and on-site supervision Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and change order management Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies Invest in your team and motivate them to work efficiently together as a unit, grow individually in their skills, and ensure compliance with their job descriptions Set team priorities based on the needs of the project, delegate work assignments, and provide oversight to ensure execution Manage expectations and ensure the satisfaction of the Client and design team members, securing repeat business What We Offer: 401k with matching Healthcare Paid vacation & holidays Vehicle allowance Performance bonus Submit detailed project list with resume.
