Construction Manager III - Night Shift Position Summary: Seeking an experienced construction manager to oversee night shift activities for complex infrastructure projects, with a focus on compliance, coordination, and safety during active construction in high-traffic public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage nightly construction operations across terminal, landside, and airside areas. Lead nightly and morning coordination meetings to ensure alignment across all stakeholders. Conduct site inspections to verify ASR (Area Shutdown Request) compliance, safety measures, signage, and proper barricading. Ensure accurate documentation is present at each site, including current ASRs and vehicle credentials. Coordinate with operations, safety, and law enforcement to resolve issues promptly. Document work through detailed nightly reports with photos and site observations. Track all active projects and ensure minimal disruption to operations and the public. Identify and report deficiencies, working with teams to implement corrections. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and refine procedures. Qualifications: 10+ years of construction management experience, preferably in airports or similarly complex environments. Minimum of 3 years in airport settings or 5 years in other critical facilities. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Ability to manage high-pressure situations, prioritize effectively, and work flexible hours.
Compensation:
$130k-$150k
The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state's law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
