The Greenridge Group, a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management is seeking an experienced Construction Manager III-Night Shift Area Resident Manager (NS-ARM) to join our team. We deliver fully integrated Program management solutions to both public and private sector clients, including serving as the prime contractor for several public sector clients.
About the Role:This role oversees critical night-shift construction activities in the Central Terminal Area (CTA), including terminals, parking structures, and airside gate areas. As part of the team, you will ensure safety, compliance, and smooth operations by coordinating with Airport Operations, LAWA staff, contractors, and public safety. You will also lead nightly and morning huddles, monitor construction sites, verify ASR compliance, and prepare detailed reports. This role is pivotal in maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant construction operations at one of the busiest airports in the world.
*Salary Range: $170K/Year-$185K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:- Lead nightly (11:30 PM) and morning (6:30 AM) huddles with Airport Operations support.
- Distribute Roadway & Terminal Bulletins, Daily Roadway Maps, and construction activity reports.
- Conduct site checks across CTA, terminals, and AOA locations to verify ASR compliance, signage, barricades, deliveries, and staffing.
- Collaborate with LAWA Airport Police, TDG Safety, Facilities Maintenance, TSA, and contractors to ensure smooth shutdowns and minimal passenger/tenant disruption.
- Prepare detailed Nightly Reports including narratives, personnel counts, and photo documentation of activities.
- Monitor and enforce barricade/signage standards in public areas; coordinate corrections with contractors or Sign Shop.
- Support project tracking, reporting, and recordkeeping for all active construction activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant certifications (AAAE, LEED, PMP, PE, or equivalent) a plus.
- 10+ years of construction management experience (airport preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of airport experience OR 5 years in critical environment facilities.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
- Must be willing to work night shifts and variable schedules.
