As a Concessions Line Cook, youll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-volume food items on the fryer and grill during events. Youll work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining food quality, safety, and speed of service. Responsibilities: Operate fryers and grills to cook a variety of concession-style foods (e.g., fries, burgers, chicken tenders).
Follow all food safety guidelines, including proper food handling, cooking temperatures, and sanitation. Keep workstation clean, organized, and stocked throughout service. Work efficiently to meet high demand during peak event hours. Communicate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow and timely food delivery.
