Job Summary

Summary: The Concessions Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests quickly, efficiently, and responsibly in a high-volume arena setting. This role requires strong customer service skills, cash handling experience, and adherence to responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains stock, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality. Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner. Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practices prudent portion control. Verify age and identification of guests purchasing alcohol in accordance with local laws and venue policies. Monitor guest consumption and refuse service when necessary, following responsible alcohol service policies. Demonstrates knowledge of liquor laws. Accurately handle cash, credit cards, and POS transactions. Locks up and stores all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits and cash drops; secures bank. Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keeps work area clean and organized. Arranges bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area. Washes and sterilizes stemware. Work closely with barbacks, runners, and other team members to ensure efficient service. Set-up and break down bar stations before and after events. Report any incidents, equipment malfunctions, or inventory shortages to supervisors promptly. Performs other duties as assigned. Apply to Levy today!
