Department: Operations Support / Vending Compliance
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Compliance Coordinator
to support operational accuracy and financial integrity by reviewing vending route data, correcting variances, and generating reporting that ensures key operational metrics remain in good standing.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
Review daily and weekly cash variance reports; identify and correct errors including unrealistic meter readings.
Reset machine meters as needed and manually calculate credit card sales when CC meters roll over (without checking reset boxes).
Investigate large product variances and correct product counts when possible.
Review and correct refund data to ensure accuracy.
Generate KPI scorecard reports and distribute to management; follow up on discrepancies or questions.
Audit credit card sales for large discrepancies and adjust data as needed.
Run missing bag reports regularly and partner with operations to track down missing bags and determine root causes (delegation may occur at branch level).
Support management by training them on data review, variance investigation, and root-cause analysis.
Provide administrative support for detailed reporting needs related to variances or compliance issues.
Communicate variance concerns to local leadership, analyze causes, recommend corrective action, and monitor improvement.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and personnel-related data.
Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and frequent interruptions.
Consistent professionalism, initiative, poise, and strong sense of urgency.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with associates, management, and cross-functional teams.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Proven ability to work independently with high accuracy and accountability.
Strong discretion and judgment when handling confidential or proprietary information.
Excellent problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and responsiveness.
Dependable, self-directed, and able to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
General Requirements
