We seek to hire a Compliance Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our Commercial Construction team. The Compliance Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will strengthen our company culture and represent the company well while working collaboratively to ensure compliance and wage report forms are accurately completed and submitted. The candidate will sit at a front desk of the office and be responsible for reception, compliance, and accounting tasks.
The candidate's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following tasks:
Process accounts payable invoices and customer payments. Assist with banking deposits and other bookkeeping tasks as needed. Assist with compliance forms and exhibits to make sure they are complete. If forms or exhibits are incomplete or incorrect, contact subcontractors so they can fix their errors and resubmit their forms. Participate in all aspects of compliance recordkeeping at the direction of the Compliance Manager. Assist with Service Management tasks, and follow up on work orders as directed. Assist with paperwork for new trade partners and help with compliance and tracking for certificates of insurance. Perform receptionist duties, including answering phones, ordering office supplies, organizing meetings/food, and greeting visitors. Requirements
