Overview We are on the lookout for a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant to become a valued member of our dedicated team at Midlands Endodontics. In this role, you will provide essential support during treatments, ensuring our patients receive outstanding care while contributing to the smooth operation of our practice. Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Thursday 7:00am to 5:00pm, Friday as needed Key Responsibilities Assist dentists by providing chair-side clinical support, including charting, patient education, and operatory set-up and clean-up. Deliver a superior patient experience throughout all phases of their appointment. Take and process X-Rays effectively. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Perform sterilization processes for equipment and operatories. Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and adhere to workplace regulations. Be open to additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of dental assisting experience. Preferred Skills: Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude. Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a high-level clinical setting. Completion of a Dental Assisting program or relevant certification preferred according to State and individual practices.
