Nations Roof is one of the largest and fastest-growing commercial roofing contractors in the U.S. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Service Supervisor to support our Service Division. Purpose Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the Service Supervisor is responsible for conducting roof inspections and supporting field crews on commercial service projects. This role ensures accurate reporting, high-quality workmanship, and safety compliance, while acting as a technical extension of the Service Manager in the field. The Service Supervisor also reviews crew-submitted inspections for accuracy and completeness to uphold service standards and warranty requirements. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Service Manager to review scopes of work, budgets, project specifications, and change orders. Conduct detailed roof inspections and evaluate site conditions to identify deficiencies and recommend solutions. Review inspection reports completed by crews to ensure accuracy, thorough documentation, and compliance with project and warranty requirements. Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and crew scheduling for service readiness. Provide on-site support and technical direction to service crews, ensuring safe and proper installation methods. Document roof conditions through field reports and photographs. Ensure all service work aligns with manufacturer specifications and warranty standards. Use company CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ADP) to manage reporting and inspection data. Assist with estimating, punch list completion, and final job walk-throughs. Represent the service division in the field, providing real-time updates and technical insights to the Service Manager. Foster professional relationships with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal staff. Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ commercial roofing experience (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, etc.). Prior experience managing field employee(s). Strong background in roofing inspections and service work. Solid understanding of reading work orders, roofing systems, manufacturer warranties, and proper repair methods. Ability to review and validate inspection documentation for accuracy and quality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience a plus. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. English fluency required; bilingual in Spanish a plus. Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record. Ability to climb ladders, access rooftops, and lift materials as needed. Daily travel required; flexibility for occasional weekend work.
