*Duties and Responsibilities:*

· Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.

· Identify issues and diagnose complex problems in HVAC systems to provide effective and efficient solutions.

· Conduct thorough inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

· Monitor and test HVAC systems to ensure they are operating according to specifications.

· Safely handle and responsibly dispose of refrigerants and other hazardous chemicals in line with industry standards.

· Collaborate with customers to thoroughly explain issues and provide clear recommendations for system improvements or replacements.

· Keep accurate records of all service calls, documenting work performed and parts used.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the proper care and maintenance of all tools and equipment.

*Qualifications:*

· Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role. Minimum of 5 years expirience.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Valid HVAC technician certification or license as required by state regulations.

· Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.

· Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex HVAC system problems.

· Ability to communicate effectively with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

· Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

· A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

*Training and Education:*

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of an HVAC technician program or apprenticeship is required. Additionally, a valid HVAC technician certification or license, as mandated by state regulations, is necessary. NPT gas license is preferred.
