This position is a remote position that is supported through our Charlotte, NC office. We are looking to add to our team by placing a skilled service technician with Commercial HVAC Service experience. in this position. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience maintaining and troubleshooting units ranging from 2-70 tons. *Roles and Responsibilities*

The essential roles and responsibilities are outlined below:

* Work as a team to fulfill customers needs * Perform preventative maintenance at Commercial/Industrial sites * Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment * Assist with unit installations * Log HVAC equipment such as refrigerant circuit, electrical circuit, condition of equipment, etc. * Ability to braze, perform leak searches, and evacuation process. * Understands the commercial DX equipment up to/over 25 tons, exhaust systems, heat pumps, water source heat pumps, mini-splits, electric motor controls, etc. * Complete log sheets for customers as needed * Be responsive to supervisors and dispatching. * Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company. * Be able to perform at a high level without direct supervision.

*Qualifications and Requirements*

* *3 years minimum experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician * * High School GED * Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds * Ability to work flexible hours and be on call as needed * Universal EPA Certification * Ability to understand equipment specifications. * Demonstrated experience in understanding basic refrigerant cycle, various heating component, and air distribution systems. * Ability to communicate effectively with customers * Always represent the company well. * Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record * Must successfully pass a background check
