Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects from start to finish - Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards - Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders - Oversee the scheduling and sequencing of work activities - Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations on job sites - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality control standards - Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and contract documents - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any design or construction issues - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation

Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the commercial electrical industry - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Familiarity with construction estimating and budgeting - Excellent leadership and supervisory skills - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,407.00 - $90,545.00 per year
