Overview AutoZones store teams deliver WOW! customer service, helping customers find the right parts and solutions for automotive needs. As a Delivery Driver, youll use company-provided vehicles to perform safe, timely deliveries while building a career with growth opportunities. No Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is required. Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence & Communication Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services. Leadership & Teamwork Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong customer relationships. Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies. Delivery Operations Drive company-provided vehicles, ensure safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers, and load/unload parts per route schedules. Returns & Pickups Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors. Safety Compliance Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment. Cash & Charge Transactions Process payments securely in accordance with company policies. Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly. Qualifications Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply. Valid Drivers License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid license and adhere to driver safety requirements to operate vehicles responsibly. Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise. Youll Go The Extra Mile If You Have Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail. Hazmat Endorsement Preferred: A Hazmat endorsement is a plus for handling regulated materials.
