Key Responsibilities:
Lead and improve center operations by monitoring key performance metrics, ensuring quality, and enhancing team culture.
Facilitate communication during the change process and guide team adaptation.
Stay updated on the latest vehicle repair procedures and technological advancements.
Manage shop performance through effective execution of operational standards.
Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by coaching staff and resolving concerns proactively.
Recruit, interview, and onboard new staff as necessary.
Train new hires on company policies and best practices.
Promote a safe and clean working environment.
Build and maintain relationships with local insurance contacts and referral points.
Engage monthly with claims managers and dealer accounts to foster collaboration.
Participate in marketing initiatives and team-building activities as needed.
Perform other essential duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements:
A minimum of five years of experience in collision repair and auto body management is required.
Proven ability to lead teams and nurture employee development.
Proficiency in understanding financial P&L statements.
ICAR Platinum certification is preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage.
Working knowledge of CCC One estimating platforms and management systems.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Able to interpret repair procedures, safety rules, and operating manuals.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands and fingers.
Occasional sitting and lifting/pushing weights up to 50 pounds.
Continuous communication and interaction with team members and customers.
Crawling, bending, kneeling, and other physical activities as needed.
