ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist guests regarding beverage menu items in an
informative and helpful way.
Have full knowledge of beverage lists, menu items
and preparation methods.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when
handling food and beverage.
Maintain all Forbes Standards
Perform other duties as directed,
developed, or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Passion for
hospitality and a desire to grow within the company.

Ability to work

Minimum 18 years
of age to serve alcoholic beverages.

Minimum 1-2 years
of prior experience working in the Food & Beverage area, in a fast-paced environment.

standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights,

beverage, and spa.
Knowledge of gourmet food and beverage
background, knowledge of (high-end) industry publications, and customer

Ability to work flexible schedule, to include
weekend and evenings.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
1. Frequent

3. Frequent need to stand for long periods of
