The position will be responsible for running a cell of Haas CNC mills to produce high quality components that meet our clients' specifications.

We are not a production shop. The parts often very from day to day, with a variety of different materials.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Program, set up, and run *Haas Vertical Mills* using *MasterCam*. * Create prototype and short-run production parts for a variety of industries. * Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure precision and quality. * Read and interpret drawings. * Perform routine maintenance on machines. * Collaborate with team members to improve production, processes and efficiency.

*Qualifications:*

* Minimum *5 years of CNC programming and machining experience* (no operators, please). * Proficiency in *MasterCam* and experience with Haas Vertical Mills. * Strong ability to work independently, solve problems, and meet tight deadlines. * Familiarity with tooling and machining processes.
