Under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will deliver resident-centered care and support with daily living activities, ensuring physical and psychological needs are met as per individualized care plans. You will be accountable for: Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Obtaining and documenting vital signs. Supporting residents during meals and ensuring a positive dining experience. Assisting with mobility and providing exercise support. Communicating changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff. Maintaining cleanliness in residents' living areas. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. A minimum age of 16 is required. Prior experience in long-term care is preferred. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required or must be obtained within four months of employment. Commitment to completing annual continuing education requirements.
