CNA Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene
Help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
Prepare resident rooms with necessary supplies such as blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment
Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff
Support residents with social engagement and emotional well-being
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
Work collaboratively with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care
CNA Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
Active and unrestricted CNA certification
Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
