Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our team in Cincinnati. This role is strictly focused on offline programming using CAD models-no hands-on CMM operation is required. The ideal candidate must have expertise in PC-DMIS, GD&T, and blueprint reading, with the ability to efficiently create 10+ programs per day. This position offers competitive hourly pay with ample overtime opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and write CMM programs using PC-DMIS software for precision measurement and inspection. Perform offline programming utilizing CAD models to ensure accurate and efficient program creation. Interpret and apply GD&T principles to programming tasks. Read and analyze complex blueprints to translate requirements into functional programs. Optimize programs for speed and accuracy, aiming to produce 10+ programs daily in a high-volume environment. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to refine programs and resolve any programming-related issues. Maintain documentation and version control for all created programs.
