Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm w/ rotating weekends every 3 to 4 weeks working 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Paid holidays, vacation, sick and personal time Responsibilities Adhere to departmental telephone etiquette guidelines, documenting calls, handling requests, and directing calls appropriately Receive and document client calls for specimen pick-up, dispatching service requests as needed Address client questions and concerns courteously and efficiently Perform departmental duties as specified in the procedure manual Qualifications Must be high school graduate or equivalent Outstanding skills in telephone communication and customer service Prior experience and/or education in the healthcare sector, including medical terminology a plus. Proficiency in data entry Salary: $15/hr.
