Job Description: Support is required onsite for the USCG C4IT Learning & Media division and CG-DOL. Responsibilities include supporting Web/SharePoint, IT Customer support for MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, hardware issues, and graphics support. Work is performed at Coast Guard Headquarters (CGHQ) in Washington, DC, and at CG-DOL in Norfolk, VA. The role involves troubleshooting graphic-related issues and providing technical support to team members and clients, leveraging expertise in graphic design software to enhance visual communication strategies.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and experience.

Knowledge of web design principles and UX design.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and guidance on graphic design software and tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve graphic-related issues promptly.

Stay updated on industry trends to improve graphic design processes.
