We are seeking an Automotive Claims Representative in Fenton, MO. The Automotive Claims Representative is responsible for answering incoming calls, assisting customers with initiating insurance claims, ensuring accounts are in good standing, and accurately entering claim details into the system.

As an Automotive Claims Representative, you will be responsible for: Properly qualifying and initiating all new claim records Servicing of inbound, claim related calls and emails Managing documents (emails and faxes) and properly adding them to the claim records Producing, recording and processing claims letters The ideal candidate for this role will have: 1 year of Claims experience (Preferably in Auto industry) Associates Degree Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach Great communication and people skills Bilingual (Spanish) (Preferred) Ready to take the next step?
