JOB REQUIREMENTS:

To include but not limited to:

1. Provide courteous, personalized, attentive, sincere, consistent guest service by responding promptly and efficiently o inquiries, requests & complaints.

2. Work in an area where patrons smoke cigars.

3. Perform duties of a salesperson and share your menu knowledge to assist and be a guide to guests for their experience.

4. Perform regular cigar inventories. Secure all cigars when not in the area.

5. Operating point of sale system in a timely and efficient manner.

6. Accurate cash handling

7. Pre-bussing and bussing of tables during service period; assisting servers with service steps where necessary

8. Maintaining humidor by restocking and refacing cigars and displays, straighten and clean humidor and display areas daily.

9. Have a good and growing knowledge of cigars.

10. Following all health and safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS: (Include equipment knowledge/use)

· At least 6 months experience in a retail environment.

· Excellent customer service skills and computer skills.

· Must be able to speak and to read in English proficiently.

· Physically able to walk without assistance on various surfaces for an extended period of time.

· Professionally groomed in a manner consistent with department grooming standards.

· Positive attitude, self motivated, friendly, attentive, and is proactive.

· Ability to follow directions well, make quick decisions, and keep organized while under pressure.

· Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations.

· Ability to perform a variety of duties with extreme care, concern and detail.
