Key Responsibilities: Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments, ensuring a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds. Provide personalized outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to meet each client's unique needs. Create comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans to empower clients on their mental health journey. Engage in case consultations and team meetings to enhance client care collaboratively. Complete necessary documentation, billing, and treatment plans in a timely manner, maintaining professionalism. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and dietitians, to deliver holistic mental health care. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field. Experience working with children and families. Possess or pursue a provisional license as per state regulations. Strong dedication to providing high-quality mental health care. Commitment to ongoing professional development, including supervision and continuing education opportunities. Excellent communication skills and an ability to build rapport with clients and families.
