Key Responsibilities: Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients, ensuring an inviting atmosphere for diverse backgrounds. Provide individualized outpatient therapy for clients and families, promoting healing and resilience tailored to their unique circumstances. Develop crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness strategies to assist in maintaining stable functioning and empowering clients on their mental health journeys. Participate in case consultations and discharge planning, leveraging your expertise to enhance overall client care. Complete documentation, treatment plans, and billing in a timely manner, upholding the highest professional standards. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and dietitians, to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field. Experience working with children and families. Provisionally licensed if required by state regulations. Background supporting professional licensing requirements. Passionate about mental health and providing high-quality care. Committed to ongoing professional development supported by free supervision and continuing education. Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on enhancing client care. Strong ethical practices and confidentiality commitment. Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with clients and families.
