About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic integration of digital health, clinical informatics, and technology-enabled care delivery. This highly visible position demands a leader who can influence the evolution of electronic medical records and digital platforms, lead system selection and optimization efforts, and streamline clinical workflows to reduce the documentation burden and improve clinician wellness.

As the CMIO, the primary responsibilities will include serving as a strategic clinical leader at the intersection of medicine, technology, and operations, and partnering with executive leadership, clinical departments, and IT teams to align digital strategy with organizational priorities. The role also involves advancing the use of clinical data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to inform decision-making and support emerging models of care, while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.
