About the Role The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer to spearhead the growth and brand strategy for its specialty retail brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts across three distinct lifestyle brands, each with its own unique customer segments and positioning. This role demands a strategic and hands-on leader with a proven track record in both brand building and performance marketing, particularly within the consumer goods and retail sectors. The CMO will oversee a significant advertising budget, develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, and be the steward of each brand, ensuring consistent and elevated brand presentation. A key focus will be on expanding brand awareness, growing the customer base, and scaling into physical retail.
