Candidates for the CEO position at the company should possess a minimum of a master's degree in a related field and have extensive experience in behavioral health and community-based systems. The role demands a leader with strong business and financial acumen, capable of driving the diversification of funding and ensuring the organization's sustainability. The successful candidate will prioritize workforce stabilization and retention, and will be adept at stakeholder engagement, building and maintaining trust with state agencies, funders, and local partners.
